Deanna (Dee) Spier is a yoga, aerial and pilates teacher, as well as a conscious connected breathwork practitioner. Dee‘s “why” is rooted in connecting people to their body, breath and voice - and thus stepping into their power. She teaches and guides in an authentic and playful way, reminding you to listen to your body and honour its current state, which can change from one moment to the next.
